My name is Tej Bhatt, and I am the Nursery Manager here at Arbury Day Nursery.

My passion and motivation to provide the best start for children and families started when I became a mother to my lovely sons. During my 17+ year career in the nursery world, I have had the opportunity to develop my understanding of what outstanding childcare looks like, particularly after earning my Early Years degree.

I have supported my teams in delivering a high standard of care, and was delighted to learn that Tommies Childcare shares the same values as I. I am delighted to be joining a dedicated team and look forward to continuing to build upon the nursery environment at Arbury, which enables your child’s learning and development.

My name is Beth and I am the Deputy Manager here at Arbury Day Nursery in Nuneaton.

I joined the team at Arbury back in November 2018 originally as Nursery Practitioner. Since then I have formed part of the management team as Third in Charge and now stepping up to Deputy Manager.

My journey in childcare started 9 years ago where I completed my qualification in Childcare. I have always had a passion for working with children and feel a great sense of pride and dedication to supporting each child’s development and nurturing them during their early years to ensure their days at nursery are fun, exciting and engaging.

I have been inspired to work in childcare since I was a teenager and observing the children reach their milestones and encouraging themselves to be the best version of themselves is a great reward!.
