Day Nursery & Pre-school Provision in Coventry
Meet the team
My name is Mandy and I have recently joined the Tommies Childcare family as the Nursery Manager, here at Four Brooks Day Nursery.
30 years ago, I set out to pursue my passion for working with children and I can honestly say, I still enjoy the fact that everyday is different and that I love how every child has something special to bring.
The first years of a child’s life lay the foundation for their future and I believe in creating a truly ‘home from home’ setting with an enriching and stimulating environment. My vision is to continue to support our children to be happy, secure, and loved along with my strong, happy, and highly skilled team.
I am a mother of two children myself, now aged 21 and 20 years, who have both successfully entered their adult life with a strong educational, nurtured, and independent background. I am now proud to commit myself into the journey of your most precious and wonderful children and provide guidance and support as they grow into their personalitities and characters.
I look forward to welcoming you and your family to Four Brooks Day Nursery, and I would love to give you a tour. Arrange your visit to Four Brooks today!

Four Brooks Day Nursery is the largest of the Tommies Childcare group, employing 17 staff across the Nursery and Out of School Club.
All of our employees have Paediatric First Aid Training and receive regular and ongoing training through a variety of internal and external professional development opportunities.
Our commitment guarantees that our employees are the best of the best, recruiting those who have a desire to make a difference to children and are passionate about the early years as a career choice.
In 2016 Ofsted acknowledged that, “Staff greet children warmly each day. Good relationships have formed between staff, children and their parents. Clear information is gathered from parents about their child, enabling staff to effectively meet individual care and learning needs.”
The relationships at Four Brooks are underpinned by a staff team who have been with the setting for a long time, including our lunch cover Karen Collins who has been with the setting for over 10 years and Hannah McIntosh who has been with us for over 12 years with both of her own children also attending the setting.
The cook, Vincent Moon, prepares all meals on site, and also spends time in the rooms cooking with the children. This has been a fantastic experience for the children and one that they really enjoy taking part in.
Book a Video Consultation
The best way to find out whether Four Brooks is the right nursery for your child is to see it for yourself.
