Introducing Direct Debit Payments
Once you’ve chosen a nursery for your child to attend, you’ll want your experience of using a nursery to be as smooth as possible. As a parent, you’ll undoubtedly have many things on your mind that need your attention.
To help take one less thing for you to worry about away, we are excited to be introducing Direct Debit payments.
We will start the introduction of Direct Debit payments with a trial at Westhill Corner Day Nursery beginning from 1st September 2019. Following the trial, we will then begin rolling out Direct Debit payments at all other nurseries in the Tommies Childcare group.
How Direct Debit Payments Will Work
- You will receive your monthly childcare invoice via email by the 15th of each month.
- If you pay part of your nursery fees by Childcare Vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare or any other payment method, this must reach our account by the 21st of each month.
- A Direct Debit payment will be taken from your account on the 1st of each month for the full balance on your account.
How to Sign Up for the Trial
If your child attends Westhill Corner Day Nursery and you would like to take part in the trial of Direct Debit payments, you should contact the Nursery Manager on 02476 591 767.
Once you have registered your interest, you will receive an email sent through our nursery management system with a link to a Direct Debit mandate form.
Once you have completed the mandate form, there is no further action needed from you, and we will begin taking Direct Debit payments from 1st September 2019.
