Tommies Childcare has been praised as one of the top places to work in the UK

Tommies Childcare has received national recognition from The Sunday Times after being listed in the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK.

As the only nursery provider and Coventry-based company to be highlighted as a small company in the annual Sunday Times Best Companies initiative, Tommies Childcare has been ranked at 34th place in a final list of 100 other small companies, following thousands of entries.

The accolade comes after an anonymous staff poll which showed employees felt listened to, valued, respected and cared for.

Statistic: 96% of staff agreed the experience they gain from their job is valuable for their future.

This was the first time we have entered so to be included as number 34 on the list is mind-blowing.

Chrissie Wincott loves getting to know her young charges at Tommies Childcare

Everyday is different for staff at Tommies Childcare. Nursery practitioner Chrissie Wincott looks after babies at Westhill Corner, and says:
