A warm welcome from the nursery Manager

Jade Martin

Nursery Manager at Shirley Green Day Nursery

Thank you for taking the time to discover Shirley Green Day Nursery. My name is Jade Martin, and I’m the Nursery Manager here.

I began my childcare career in London, working as a nanny for families in Central London. Since relocating to Warwickshire, I have been part of Tommies Childcare for over five years. During this time, I have progressed from Nursery Practitioner to Nursery Manager at a sister-nursery, before taking the opportunity to manage Shirley Green Day Nursery.

Here at Shirley Green, I am proud to be part of a warm and experienced team. Together, through strong partnerships with parents, we have created an inviting and homely environment where children feel safe, nurtured, and inspired to learn.

I would love the opportunity to share more about life at Shirley Green with you. Please feel free to arrange a visit or consultation – my door is always open.

A K

Mother of Child

“The First Steps Room has been so good for my daughter. A special mention to Maddi who has been really great since she joined. My daughter really loves her and is always so excited to go to nursery to see her which has been so helpful with a new baby at home. She's always chatting about her day and mentioning how Maddi helped her. Her energy seems to match my daughters and her feedback is always so informative and helpful at the end of the day.

Sabrina H

Mother of Child

“My child has been at the nursery since May 2025 and she loves it. You can tell the staff really care for your child and it shows how happy she is to come into nursery each day. They get you involved in her development to ensure they are using activities she likes at home. When she was in the Baby Room, the personal touch of family photos for her to look through is lovely. I like that all staff know her name and who you are, not just the staff in her room.

Mandeep K

Mother of Child

“Amazing nursery – we’ve seen huge development in our little one’s personality and confidence since she joined last year. It took our daughter a couple of months to fully settle in and come out of her shell, but the staff were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help her settle. The staff are all extremely kind and caring with the children in both the Pre-school and Toddler Room and there are genuine bonds formed.
